MailAmp's voice email plug-in to Outlook allows users to create voice email messages that can be sent to any email user. The recipient does not need MailAmp, since MailAmp uses a standard MP3 compression. The audio messages are highly compressed to maintain a small file size. MailAmp's trial version is free and does not expire.
